Our home at 23 Boonal Street, Baulkham Hills sold at auction and we’re over the moon regarding the result. We decided to re-locate to Perth and called you in as you had given us good advice in the past.

You recommended auctioning our home! Because of our desire to re-locate quickly, the fact that our home was located so well, and was in a popular price range, you said auction was perfect. You advised us to un-clutter, fix up the front garden and paint the rear deck.

Darren was able to negotiate a significant increase from the opening bid from the purchaser and I feel that this was the best possible price for this property.
