    After deciding to sell my town house in Baulkham Hills, I contacted Scott Dunger of Ray White, Baulkham Hills. I previously had

    contact with Scott and been impressed by his manner and enthusiasm.

    My town house went on the market the Monday before Easter. The next day Scott contacted me and suggested hat an open house be held

    on Thursday evening to allow people going out of town for Easter to view the property to which i reluctantly agreed. The viewing

    produced three offers and the Saturday viewing three more offers. I accepted full asking offer that day, Scott travelled (on Easter

    Saturday) to Chatswood to have the contract signed.

    The whole selling process which I had expected to be extremely stressful and prolonged was over in a matter of days with the minimum
