Darren Dowd – well groomed, intelligent, highly organised, always available professional and a total terrier Agent. Peter, after watching the diligence, passion and professionalism which Darren Dowd exhibited during the re-auction process of selling our home I wanted to write and put my views in writing so that they can be shown to him and his colleagues.

Peter, I write to thank you for your help and support during the recent sale of our home in Peel Road, Baulkham Hills. I called you in for advice, because of your long term association with my husband, I knew you would be “fair dinkum” with me.
Your advice was to immediately submit the home for sale by auction without doing more than tidying, as its potential, position and spaciousness would offset concerns about the work needed. Also, the fact that a sale at auction would be unconditional was an important consideration as well.
